KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN Recipe | Main Course Recipe by ARSHI |
| INGREDIENTS | 1 kg full fresh chicken cut into pieces
Flour - ½ cup
Milk ½ cup
1 egg
Salt to taste
Pepper powder
Ginger - garlic paste 1 tsp
Onion paste - 1tsp
2 tbsp lemon juice
250 gms butter
3 tbsp fresh cream
1 tbsp oregano herb | METHOD | 1. Take chicken pieces, marinate with salt, pepper, onion, ginger - garlic paste and lemon juice for 1 hr.
2. On the other side make a smooth batter with milk, flour, egg and cream.
3. After 1 hour dip the chicken pieces in batter and shallow fry.
4. Now soak the extra oil frm the chicken through tissue paper.
5. While serving spread butter into the chicken pieces through a brush and heat in a microwave for 5 minutes.
6. Serve hot with salad and garlic bread. |
