| INGREDIENTS | Basmati rice-2 cups (cooked)
Mixed vegetables like onion, carrot, beans, peas, shredded cabbage, corn
Pepper powder
Soy sauce
Cooking oil
Salt | METHOD | In a frying pan add a little cooking oil and fry onion till light brown. Add vegtables and stir fry. Then add the cooked basmati rice and mix well with the vegetables in the pan and add soy sauce, pepper powder and salt. Mix well. |
