VEG NOODLES Recipe
Main Course Recipe by Sathya Ashokan


 30 Minutes  5 Persons

  INGREDIENTS
Noodles - 2 packets
Cabbage - 1 small
Carrots - 5 to 6
Capsicum - 2 medium size
Stalks of onion (hari pyaz) - 5 to 6 (all finely shredded)
Soya sauce - 3 tbsp
Maggi tomato chilli sauce - 3 tbsp
Salt and oil

  METHOD
1. Boil enough water with two teaspoon of oil & one tbsp salt in a     big vessel. Add noodles into boiling water. Simmer the gas for 5     minutes.

2. Then drain the hot water, wash the noodles in running water,     drain, add some more oil, salt, soya sauce & tomato sauce &     keep it aside.

3. Take a flat bottomed pan, pour little oil into it, add capsicum,     carrot and shallow fry them. Similarly add some more oil, put     finely shredded cabbage first, then add hari pyaz & saute it.

4. Make two portions of vegetables. Pour a little more oil, heat it. Put     a handful of sauted vegetables, then a handful of noodles, another     handful of veggies.

5. In this manner, cook both the portions of noodles & veggetables.     Heat it and mix it thoroughly. Put it in a bowl, if needed add some     more tomato chilli sauce and serve hot.
