SALAD Recipe
Starters and Snacks Recipe by Smita Nadgir


 15 Minutes  4 Persons

  INGREDIENTS
1 cup capsicum, cut into thin strips
1 cup paneer (cottage cheese), cut into thin strips
1 spring onion, sliced
1/2 cup baby corn, sliced
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/4 cup bean sprouts
1 small tomato, deseeded and sliced
1 teaspoon onion seeds (kalonji)
1 teaspoon oil
Salt to taste

  METHOD
1. Heat the oil and add the onion seeds.

2. Add all the vegetables and salt and saute on a high flame till the vegetables are tender.

3. Add the paneer and sauté for another minute.

4. Remove from the flame and serve immediately.
