| INGREDIENTS | Long Brinjals - 4
Onion - 1
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Green chilli paste - 2 tbsp
Kitchen King masala - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
| METHOD | 1. Cut brinjal and onion into long pieces.
2. In a tawa or kadai, heat the oil and saute the onions till golden brown and add turmeric powder.
3. Put the green chilli paste and then add the brinjal. After mixing it together add the kitchen king masala and salt according to taste.
4. Do not close the kadai because it will make the dish watery.
5. Keep the gas low, till everything is cooked well.
Serve with rotis. |
