TORTILLA CHIPS Recipe | Starters and Snacks Recipe by Madhavi |
| INGREDIENTS | Any Corn (or) Flour Tortillas - 4
(leftover tortillas or frozen tortillas also can be used)
Oil for frying | METHOD | 1. Cut the corn (or) flour tortillas into small cubes and deep fry in oil till crisp.
2. Drain on a paper towel.
3. Serve with salsa or dip of your choice.
4. They can be stored in an airtight container for upto two weeks. |
