In the last 8-10 months, I had put on a lot of weight, owing to my long working hours on the desk. I lost one kg almost every week and that too without the so called 'dieting', meals skipping or surviving only on fruits and juices. Being diagnosed with high blood sugar and triglyceride levels at the age of 32 could really be a baffling experience. I know that for sure because I have had the misfortune of experiencing it. Within a month of joining her, my sugar and triglyceride levels started dropping. I was on Panchali's 'Healthy Pregnancy Diet plan', which provided me with diet charts for all three trimesters. She planned a practical diet chart for each trimester, based on my food preferences and my changing nutrition requirements. She taught me that the right pregnancy diet is 'Not about How much you eat but mostly about What you eat'. I am in my eight month now and am finding her guidelines very useful. Best regards, Ma'am.

When I joined the 4 month weight loss plan, I was 78kgs, with a lot of digestion problems. I am now on my 10th week and have already lost 9 kgs. Even my acidity and constipation problems have almost disappeared. I am a 'New Me' today and it is all because of you, Doc. God Bless!

I had been on many weight loss plans before and hence was quite apprehensive to take up yet another plan. It was my colleagues amazing results on the scale that inspired me to take up Dr. Moitra's 2 month weight loss plan. Today, I pat my back for that decision as I have not only lost my excess weight with a simple diet based on right combination of home cooked foods, I have also learnt how to handle the emotional aspects of eating.
