Yes a girl and a boy can be only friends. Its need not necessary that their is love in every relation, here love is (Mohabbat). You can love only one person but not all your friends. Love is sharing each n every thing, each n every momennt, which can not be shared with every 1. So, its not necessary that there is love in friendship. Their is affection but not love. I am an live example of this. A friend is a friend and lover is lover. One should learn to differentiate between love and friendship.

No, a boy and a girl can't be just friends. A girl who says that particular boy is her best friend will surely get jealous when that boy will be close with other girl. Why such jealousy then? I can't admit that boy and girl are said to be as a friend for long time..From God.gift of heart structure is so constructed that after some time such sense auotomaticaly creates that that breaks all the limitation of the friend relation. It is really hard to say if a girl and a boy can be just friends or not. I have seen a boy and a girl who are really good friends and who got married to two different people and a boy and a girl who were initially friends and then started dating each other. The situation can be different and can change according to the circumstances. For example, when I was in junior college, a boy who was my best friend once told me that he had feelings for me. Since that day I started avoiding him as I had never seen him in any other way than just a friend. Soon we lost contact with each other. I am not sure if people of opposite genders can be just friends or not.

No, a girl and a boy can not be only friends or best friends. Recently I saw the movie Jane Tu Ya Jane Na and I realized that all movies try to show that a girl and a boy cannot be only friends. Yes, a boy or a girl can have a group of friends in which there are both male friends and female friends, but when one girl and one boy are friends, sooner or later they start liking each other and then they get infatuated by each other and finally they fall in love with each other. I may be sounding quite rigid while giving my opinion but there must be many love stories out there that must have started with friendship. Friendship between a girl and a boy finally ends in love.

Yes, why not? A boy and a girl can be friends without developing any intimate or romantic relation between them. My best fried is guy and we know each other for five years now. We share everything with each other. We discuss our problems with each other and come up with solutions for each others problems. My best buddy never felt anything else for me. Our relation is of pure friendship and nothing else. Sometimes our other friends tease us that one day we will fall in love and all but I believe that we have great respect for each other and can not think of having any other relation with each other.
