Fresh ripe avocado (should be slightly soft)
Fresh lime juice and zest
Finely chopped jalapenos
Finely chopped scallions
Finely chopped coriander
Smoked paprika
Tobasco
Salt and pepper
You can also make Avocado sauce. Avacado sauce is easy to spread in a bent taco.

Fresh lime juice and zest
Fresh coriander
Jalapenos
Cayenne or few drops of Tobasco
Water
Salt and pepper to taste | | METHOD | Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed first and then scoop out the flesh. Mash it with a fork and add all the spices. Splash a few drops of Tobasco to taste. Adjust the lime juice and seasoning as per your taste. Your guacamole is ready!
Remove the flesh of one avocado and then blitz it in a blender with the other ingredients and about ¼ cup water until smooth. Add more water depending on the consistency desired. And adjust at the end with more lime juice, salt and black pepper. Your avacado sauce is ready!
