| INGREDIENTS | Vegetable with gravy so can be enjoyed with roti or rice
Ingredients:
Potatoes Peas Tomatoes Onions Ginger Garlic Red chilli powder Haldi powder Dhaniya jeera powder Salt Oil
| METHOD | Heat oil in a pan and sautee crushed garlic ginger and chopped onions. Once brown add tomato pieces, cover and let it cook for 5 minutes for the tomatoes to totally soften. Then add potatoes and peas, add red chilli powder, haldi powder, dhaniya jeera powder (2 tsps, since it helps in making the gravy) and salt. Cover and let it cook, then stir and keep adding a bit of water. Let it cook for about 25 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
Your Aloo Mattar subzi is ready. Best when accompanied with parathas or puris.
