Hing | METHOD | Shred one cabbage. Heat oil in a pan, saute rye, kadi patta, and hing. Then add shredded cabbage. Cover for a couple of minutes and then add haldi powder, red chilli powder and salt. Add big pieces of tomato, for taste, colour and moisture content). Keep covered and cook on a slow flame for about 10-12 min, stirring intermittently to prevent it from sticking. |
