| INGREDIENTS | Green Chana Opinions Tomatoes Potatoes Corriander leaves Chaat masala Khajur imli (meethi) chutney Green chillies (as per taste) Lemon Salt | METHOD | Soak green chana for 6-8 hours (overnight). Next day boil chana and potatoes.
In a large bowl, mix boiled chana, finely chopped boiled potatoes, tomatoes, onions and corriander leaves. Add chaat masala, salt and lemon. If you like a slightly sweet chaat, add Khajur imli chutney. If you like it spicy, add green chillies too.
Your healthy chaat is ready! Perfect teatime snack.
