Cabbage
Coconut
Peanuts
Salt
Black pepper
| | METHOD | Shred cabbage finely. Grate fresh coconut. Boil peanuts in water with a pinch of salt. Make pieces of canned pineapple (if using fresh pineapple, then sweeten them with powdered sugar).
In a large bowl, mix them all together. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
