WATERMELON SORBET - IN 5 MINUTES FLAT!

| INGREDIENTS | Watermelon Lemon Sugar (optional) | METHOD | Remove all seeds (be sure!) and cut into small cubes. Then freeze for a couple of hours for it to become solid. If watermelon is not very sweet, make sugar syrup with 2 tsp of sugar and 2 tsp of water. Cut 2 lemons in halves and keep ready.
Then add the frozen watermelon pieces in a blender, squeeze 1.5 lemon and add sugar syrup. Then run the blender, just for a few seconds at a time, only a couple of times, else it will become liquid. (After you blend the first time, taste the sorbet to check if you need more lemon or sugar, and add if required). Your sorbet is ready.
Scoop the sorbet with an icecream scooper into dessert bowls and serve right away.

(Tip: Start making this sorbet only when you and your guests are ready for dessert! And yes 5 minutes to make only after the watermelon pieces are frozen :))
