MASALA BAKED BEANS ON TOAST Recipe

  INGREDIENTS
Very easy, very healthy! Great for in-between hunger pangs

Ingredients:

Can of Baked beans
Spring Onions
Capsicum
Ketchup
Oergano
Chilli flakes
Butter
Cheese (for garnishing)
Salt

  METHOD
Heat butter in a pan, add garlic and spring onion whites and sautee on medium flame for 1 minute. Add chopped capsicums and again sautee for 1 minute. Then add baked beans, oregano, chilli flakes, 2 tbsp of ketchup and salt. Also add greens of the spring onion. Cook on medium flame for 1 minute and mix well. You masala baked beans are ready.

Serve in hot buttered toast and garnish with cheese. Enjoy!
