SPROUTS BHEL Recipe

  INGREDIENTS
Very healthy, very tasty, very easy!

Ingredients:

Mung
Potatoes
Tomatoes
Onions
Meethi chutney (khajur imli chutney)
Green chutney (mint or corriander)
Corriander leaves
Crushed green chillies
Red chilli powder
Chaat masala
Lemon
Salt
Sev

  METHOD
Soak mung overnight for it to sprout. Steam
or boil the sprouts in a cooker (for one whistle). Then In a large pan, add boiled sprouts, boiled potato cubes, chopped onions and chopped tomatoes. Then add meethi chutney (sweet and sour), green chutney, chaat masala, rock salt, chilli powder and lemon.

Garnish with sev and corriander leaves. Your protein-packed, oil-free Sprouts Bhel is ready!

(Note: Unline the regular bhel which has mumrmura and gets soggy, this bhel does not!)
