POTATOES, ONIONS, CAULIFLOWER AND SPINACH PAKORAS Recipe | Snacks Recipe by reluctant_chef |
| INGREDIENTS | Perfect for a rainy day with masala chai!
Ingredients:
Potatoes
Onions
Cauliflower
Spinach
Flour
Salt
Red chilli powder
Haldi
Water | METHOD | Slice potatoes and onions, break cauliflower florets, and separate spinach leaves.
Whisk batter with 4 cups besan, 2 cups water, salt, haldi and red chilli powder.
Dip each of the vegetables in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
Entire process under 15 min.
Great accompaniment to masala chai on a rainy day!
By the way, my all-time favourite is the crispy spinach one (very similar to the Korean tempura)
