| INGREDIENTS | Very easy, popular dish during fasting
Ingredients:
Sabudana Potatoes Peanuts Ginger Garlic Geeen chillies Corriander leaves Oil Lemon Salt | METHOD | Soak sabudana for 5-6 hours with 3-4 cup of water 1 cup of sabudana. The sabudana should maah on squeezing. If not, then add water and soak for a little longer.
Mash boiled potatoes in a large pan. Then add soaked sabudana, crushed garlic ginger and green chillies, coarsely grinder roasted peanuts, corriander leaves, lemon and salt. and mix well.
Now heat oil for frying. Grease your palms with oil and roll the sabudana mixture into vada (small flattened balls) and deep fry them (you can also shallow fry them in a wide flat pan, or even air frying them if you have an air fryer).
Your sabudana vadas are ready! Enjoy them with green chutney.
