Packed with vitamin C, it is an ideal immunity booster. It also helps lower blood sugar, increase hair growth, give glowing skin and boost memory and vision
The best time to consume amla is early morning, especially during winters when the temperature dips. Besides cleansing the colon, it removes excess toxins from the body and is a rich source of natural vitamin C and calcium. Amla is known to be effective against dandruff and other skincare problems too.
INGREDIENTS:
Amla Salt Black pepper powder Ginger (optional) | METHOD | PREPARATION: Wash and cut amlas and ginger into small pieces. Add salt and roasted jeera powder. Grind into fine paste in a grinder with a couple of spoons of water.
Then add 2 tsp of amla paste in a glass and fill it with water. Sprinkle a pinch of roasted jeera powder for garnishing.
Enjoy!
(Tip: Ginger is optional, but adds a nice flavour and also cuts amla’s sourness. But to make it more sour, you can also add lemon juice)
