| INGREDIENTS | Quick and easy, a perfect non-alcoholic drinker at a party or as a welcome drink
Ingredients:
Tomatoes Tobasco sauce Worcestershire sauce Lemon Sugar Salt (to coat the glass rim) | METHOD | Method:
Cut 4 tomatoes (makes 2 small cocktail glasses) and crush in a blender. Strain the pulp through a medium-holed strainer. Add 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce and a few drops of tobasco. You can also add 1/2 tsp sugar. Finally add crushed ice. Your virgin Bloody Mary is ready.
Take some salt in a flat dish. Then at the time of serving, run the rim of the cocktail glass with lemon and dip the glass rim in the salt dish. This will coat the glass rim with salt.
Finally take a slice of lemon, make a slit and stick it on the rim. Your drink is ready. Enjoy!
(Tip: You can further embellish it with mint leaves or a cocktail umbrella)
