INGREDIENTS:
Grilled cottage cheese fingers (Paneer) French fries Beetroot tikkis (recipe in previous post) Spicy noodles in Garlic Pepper Sauce Boiled Veggies (beans, capsicum, broccoli) Creamy garlic tomato sauce Steamed sticky rice | METHOD | PREPARATION of French fries:
Cut Raw potato in strips and then boil. Sieve and fry in oil /Air fry. Sprinkle with chilli powder, salt and chat masala.
PREPARATION of Grilled cottage cheese fingers
Take 1 tsp of oil in a pan and bring it to heat. Add 100 gms of cottage cheese fingers. Wait till the cottage cheese finger are golden brown and then grill it for 5 minutes to make it crispy.
PREPARATION of Cutlets (aloo tikkis)
Take 2 boiled potatoes, 1 bread crumbs , 50 gm sweet corn, 30 gm peas, finely chopped capsicums, 1/2 tsp garlic, garlic and chilli paste, 1/2 tsp chat masala, 1/2 tsp kashmiri mirch, 1 tsp salt, 10 gm coriander leaves chopped. Mix and shape them with 1/2 tsp oil. Cover with 1 bread crumbs and fry / air fry

FINAL PLATING:
Heat the sizzler plates for about 20-30 minutes or a regular gas. Then keep them hot in an OTG (oven toaster griller). Then put 1 tsp of butter in the center of the wooden tray on which the sizzler plate would be placed. Also add a few drops of tomato gravy around it. (The sauce will allow the sizzling effect to continue for longer)
Then plate the rice, boiled veggies, tikkis and noodles on the sizzler plates. Pour the creamy tomato sauce over it. Then place this hot plate over the wooden tray. The butter and the gravy will start to sizzle. Also add a few drops of the gravy on the rim of the hot plate to accentuate the sizzling effects.
Your sizzler is ready. Enjoy!!
