Mushrooms are a rich, low calorie source of fiber, protein, and antioxidants.
INGREDIENTS:
Mushrooms
Spring Onions (or regular onions)
Jeera (cumin seeds)
Salt
Oil | | METHOD | Heat oil in a pan and saute jeera and then add chopped spring onions (or regular onions). Once slightly brown, add mushroom pieces and cover pan. Cook for about 10 minutes, check for taste and mix well. Your mushroom ki sabzi is ready.
Garnish with greens of the spring onion. Enjoy!
(Tip: If you like garlic, do saute fresh crushed garlic with the onions. Garlic and mushroom go very well together)
