  INGREDIENTS
Easiest recipe! Vegan, gluten-free, packed with proteins, and instantly satisfies hunger!!

Ingredients:

Silken (smooth) Tofu
Salt
Chaat masala
Lemon

  METHOD
Make cubes of tofu. Boil water in a pan with some salt and then switch off gas. Soak tofu cubes in this water for 15 min.

Let it cool and then sprinkle chaat masala and lemon. Your lightly flavoured tofu is ready.

Enjoy!

(Note: There are recipes that call for sauteeing tofu in butter on a pan, and making the sides brown and crisp. But I personally don't like it, because I find that the tofu becomes leathery. But It is entirely your choice.)
