| INGREDIENTS | I disliked food growing up, but this was the only meal for which my eyes would light up! If you have not tried, I highly recommend you do.
Perfect for when you or your kids are bored with the regular food.
And remember, gur is rich in iron, and ghee is recommended by many dieticians for lubricating joints.
Ingredients:
Roti (or Bajri rotla)
Ghee (or fresh white butter)
Gur (or sugar) | METHOD | For rolls, on hot fresh Roti, spread ghee and gur and roll the Roti. Your Roti-ghee-gur roll is ready!
For laddoos, tear hot fresh Roti into pieces, mix ghee and gur, and bind into mountain-shaped laddoos. Your Roti-Ghee-Gur laddoos are ready!
(Tip: If you only have left-over rotis, no issue. Simply heat them in the microwave for 10 seconds, spread ghee and sugar, and make it into roll!)
