| INGREDIENTS | Very healthy, very versatile.
Tahini, made from sesame seeds (til), is a rich source of fibre and Vitamin B. (Although it has the same texture as hummus, hummus is made of chick peaks)
INGREDIENTS:
Tahini (sesame paste)
Apple cider vinegar
Soya sauce (pref light, not dark)
Garlic
Lemon juice
Nutritional yeast (not dry yeast) - optional
| METHOD | Take 6-8 tbsp of readymade Tahini, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1/2 lemon juice, 1 tsp nutritional yeast, and 6-8 garlic pods. Blend all the ingredients in a blender. Check for taste and consistency. If the paste is too thick, feel free to add some water. Your zesty tahini dressing is ready.

(Tip: This dressing is perfect any vegetable salad, or as a spread in a sandwich or a wrap.)
