INGREDIENTS:
Whole wheat tortilla (ready-made)
Humous (homemade, but can also be store-bought)
Salad leaves
Tomatoes
Cucumber
Wrap seasoning powder | METHOD | Spread the tortilla on a plate. Lay out Humous in the center. Then place torn salad leaves over it, followed by tomatoes and cucumber. Sprinkle wrap seasoning over it.
Now fold the tortilla from the bottom, the fold in the left side and the right side.
Your super healthy tortilla is ready to eat.

(Tip: Humous can be replaced with any other spread like harissa or marinara. And you can add many more veggies like shredded carrots, capsicum or boiled sweet corn. Avacado would be a winner!)
