| INGREDIENTS | 2 cups Maida (or wheat for a healthier option)
1.5 cups milk
2 tsp sugar (or gur for a healthier option)
2 tsp butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder (Eno fruit salt)
1/2 tsp salt | METHOD | In a bowl, mix maida with sugar, salt, cinnamon and baking powder and mix well Then add melted butter and 1.5 cups milk and whisk it. Ensure there are no lumps and add 1/2 morecup of milk so that the batter flows smoothly.
Heat pan and add some butter. Then pour a ladle of batter on the pan (do not spread) and cook both sides on medium flame.
For better taste, microwave some honey with cinnamon powder for 10 seconds.
Your pancake is ready to be enjoyed with cinnamon-flavoured honey and butter! You can also choose to top it with chocolate sauce or Nutella, whipped cream and of course fresh fruits!
(Note: Since these pancakes a slightly sweet because of the sugar, they can also be enjoyed without honey or butter. Perfect for those who don't like honey😊)
