1) Add 2 tbsp of a cooking oil of your choice to a pre-heated wok
2) Once the oil is hot, add in ginger + garlic paste and cook until fragrant
3) Once fragrant, add in 2 tbsps of a Chinese paste of your choice, for this recipe I used a Sichuan Mapo paste, but a black bean or basil sauce works just as well!
4) Add in additional asian sauces of your choice - I like to do one that's spicy, one that's sweetish, one that's slightly smokey and one that's garlicky
5) Begin to add in your vegetables - starting with mushrooms, broccoli and baby corn and then eventually the snow peas and bean sprouts
6) Mix well and let the veggies cook out for a bit - add in any additional sauces that you would like to!
7) Finish with roasted peanuts and a drizzle of sesame oil
8) Serve warm with a carb of your choice!
