INGREDIENTS:
2 +1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips | | METHOD | Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius
In a bowl whisk together the white sugar, brown sugar and butter until light a fluffy
Mix in the eggs and vanilla
Add the flour baking soda and baking powder and mix until well combined
Stir in the chocolate chips
Using a icecream scoop, scoop the the cookie mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for about 11 minutes
Let the cookies cool for about 5 minutes.
