| INGREDIENTS | Tofu (firm silken tofu)
Cauliflower
Carrots
French beans
Spring onions
Garlic
Olive oil
Ingredients for sauce:
Soy sauce
Vinegar
Garlic black bean sauce
Maple syrup | METHOD | Method for sauce:
Mix all the above sauce ingredients and keep ready. (Do check the taste).
Preparing Tofu:
Boil 2-3 glasses of water in a pan ans swich off the gas. Then carefully make cubes of the tofu and put it in the water. Cover pan and let it sit in the water for 15 minutes (this will make the tofu firm and prevent breaking).
Preparing the vegetables:
Chop all the vegetables into small pieces. Then in another pan of boiling water, blanch the vegetables for about 5 minutes and take them out. (Don't boil the vegetables, else they will become soft and mushy. Stir fry vegetables should be slightly crunchy).
Final preparation:
Heat olive oil in a pan and saute fresh garlic. Then add the balanced vegetables and yet them brown slightly. Then mix in the sauce and mix. Finally toss in the tofu.
Your tofu stir fry veggies is ready.
