ALKALINE WATER (FOR SATVIK DIET) Recipe

INGREDIENTS

4 PC cucumber
2 sliced lemon
Ajwaain 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1 inch
Dry dhaniya seeds,
Fennel seeds (saunf) 1tsp.

METHOD

Soak all the above ingredients in 1 liter of water overnight, seave and drink,

Then for 2 hours nothing to eat.

Great cleanser, neutralises the acids in the body.
