identify their talents and help them grow in their own way. Stay happy with what your kids are offering to you. Appreciate their endeavours and encourage them to do better in life and life will be easier.

It is a very common nature of some parents to go into competitions in everything that they see, either with their peers or with their relatives to showcase the talents of their kids. This creates a mental
stress in kids making their lives miserable. So stop
comparing your kids with others and stop going into meaningless competitions. Instead set a benchmark for your kid’s success and start measuring how much she is making improvements, every alternative day.
4. Diet Restrictions
Do not force kids when they do not want to eat. Punishing kids for not eating the food which they do not want to eat is incorrect. They will definitely eat when they are hungry. But you need to ensure that you provide healthy food everyday at regular intervals. Provide them healthy eating option. It is ok to eat junk food once in a while. Do not restrict junk food from child’s diet completely. Set an example in front of your kids by following healthy eating habits. You kid too will develop healthy eating habits by watching you. You cannot expect your kids to eat healthy food if you regularly eat junk food in front of them.
5. Being Over Protective
Being
over protective about kids can make kids feel suffocative. They should also be given their due space and privacy. They should also be exposed to the challenges that life poses to them. Only then they can learn the values of life. Exposing them to the hardships and turmoil that life offers, makes them self reliant which is very important in life.
Parents are not going to be there beside their children always, they have to walk alone down the lanes of life which is full of hurdles. In order to overcome these hurdles of life, self dependence is very important, which can be only obtained if they are exposed to risks and challenges. So stop worrying about your kids and let them live life in their own way. But of course monitor them to see that they are on the right track are they are not in any danger.
