I totally agree with sitting together for lunch or dinner. It really helps bonding with parents and also kids can express their feelings.

I dont at all think that it is impossible for a family of working parents and kids to spend at least half an hr together at mealtimes almost daily . We do it here and my son enjoys it most. He talks non stop during the meal and tells us about the says events. I think that as a mum or a dad it is also importnat that we spend some time individually with the child . It improves bonding.
