Name: Renu Country: India Comment: Hi , i agree with the above article. If our culture and society has to flourish , we have to make sure we respect and help our elders. This does not mean only our aged relatives but to be kind to all elderly . Also , if we ourselves cultivate this habit and patience , our children will learn the same behaviour. Name: Kinnary Country: India Comment: It is true that the presence of grandparents is a boon for growing children. However, from experience, I can say that it is even more important for adults to be extremely careful about what they say and the use of language. Adults often say things, without realizing, that are offensive and at times demeaning about other people. It is of utmost importance that a child is kept away from this as in its formative years a child should not be taught rudeness. Use of clean and clear language is a must. The child should learn that abusive language is a big no and should not be used. We should, as parents, teach our child to deal with the problem itself rather than criticize the source.
