there are times when the power to say no dosent exist, say during job cuts you cant refuse a transfer.... at least you have a job after transfer.... The power to say no depends upon which court the ball is.... if it is in your court than certainly you can say no profoundly without any guilt.... but when the ball is in other court one needs to wait for the situation to improve and then say no other wise he/she might loose his/her impression for good...... Also the fear of unknow prompts us to say no many a times... the ability to accept newer challanges and to face them like true fighter gives the ability to say know when we know that the odds are not in our favour.... happy reading
