We have purchased/registered an apartment in Bangalore in name of 3 family members: 1. Me 2. My Mother 3. My Wife. Now my mother wants to make a will for her share of apartment declaring that I(her son) should be the beneficiary of her apartment share when she is no more. Is it possible through a Will or Release Deed. ANy help in thsi regard will be appreciated.

true, one must make a will. it is not nice to do, but it is a must. i am 42, and have not yet made a will but after reading this article i will do so.

I like the way of presenting the detail of will. I think one should make a will, you may never know what is going to happen. So as precaution for our children and wife one should really think on this topic....
