Hi,its been a week i've missed my period.the test strip doesnt confirms pregnancy clearly for there's very light positive line.but i can notice some other changes in me of being first month pregnant.my mother in law does not wants me to go to doc as she says its missing of period is itself a confirmation and no need for doc's consultation if we can leave ourself in god's hands and take good diet.n thr was a huge quarrel in house whn my husband took appointment with doc.i feel so sad and disgusting.i'm all alone wholeday long as both my mother in law and my husband are workin,have no friend or relative to turnup to as i'm in new city after marriage and had not been taken to any relative or neighbour after marriage nor been allowed to take up a job.i dont even wish to disturb my parents wif things i'm goin through.pls if someone cud come forward n help with suggestions.i want to be guided on diet and ways i can be happy being in such environment.and all the guidance i need to have.

I am just one month pregnant and though this is my first time, I totally understand you both well....but let us try to get things in a positive perspective first....you both say your husband doesnt understand what you are going through...and expects to live his old lifestyle....please believe me when I say this- only you can understand yourself ....others can sympathise...maybe another lady may lend a helping hand around the house....but ultimately only you can know what you are going through...and instead of wasting your time thinking why others would not understand me...stand up and say....if someone else doesnt understand me..it s his problem not mine...I am going to make this a lovely day no matter whoever tries to eat my mind...ultimately only I can bring myself happiness....and then keep faith in God....everything will be fine...

Yes, I am a latina woman and I'm 6 months pregnant with my 3rd child. My husband and I are fighting more than ever. He stays out late at work and I'm home with my 2 small children both girls ages 2 and 5. I stay home so sad and I do not want my babies to see me this way pero this man really drives me crazy. NO WOMAN should take any man's shit pero I really love my husband and its hard I want to make our marriage work. We are having our 3rd child now i just feel so devastated that he is staying out late.

I am about 5 weeks pregnant and sometimes I feel like I hate my husband. So I can completely relate. He just hasn't realized that although I may not look pregnant yet, I am still going through a lot!!! Hang in there, I heard it does get a little easier in the second trimester.
