i fully agree with this. sending a handwritten thank-you note is one of the most powerful things we can do to build relationships. I make it a point to send as many as possible and encourage my kids to do the same. The time invested is paid off in the emotional reward i receive from knowing that i can encourage people and touch their lives in a feel good way. I have been pleasntly surprised when i have seen my thank-you note struck in an album. People do crave for a few sincere words of appreciation.I encourage my kids to do the same.

Great tips on writing thank you notes for small children.. Yes, it should be a rule. When someone sends gift to you. You should write a thanks note to him.
