dear jaya its all about your mindset.try to move yourself away from all eatables especially junk foods which will only yield fat in your body. drink lots of water.It not only reduces your hunger but also improves body metabolism.set yourself a proper timeset on your days diet.think about the fact that once you gain even 5 kgs it will take nearly 4-5 months to bring your weight to normal.so always be aware of this true fact and take care of your health.

Every morning i wake up with the idea that today iam gaoing to watch my diet but comes 11-12pm i lose all the motivation and i binge to eat any damn thing even cream bisciuts kept for my children.the result is iam too stuffed for the lunch then i have my lunch also evenings generally i eat any snack by night iam so full taht i have to take antacids etc. i know that what iam doing is wrong but iam not able to control my hunger,because of this iam not able to do my day to day activities also,CAN ANYONE HELP....
