The other part of loosing weight is regular exercise. Yoga is the best form of exercise for loosing weight and toning up the body. But any activity helps. Walking, jogging, running, swimming, gardenning etc. Even household chorus is better than watching TV. Any activity other than watching TV would help. Move and live healthy. Also reduce the use of soda and pop, like coke, pepsi, bottled juices heavy in sugars, that give unnecessary and unwanted calories for nothing.
