Yes its good that we keep a diary of our eating habits and a weekly check on our wt.but we indians need to know the low fat recipes or any food that is less in calories. i hate salads and fruits.Eat right to be healthy,

Excellent tips. I indeed agree to all. There is loads of info on the net related to eating right. However there is nothing for eating right for Indian Food. All we Indians survive on sabji roti and dal chawal. Pls give some low fat Indian recipes and their calorie counts. Patience is the name of this game!

hi,thanks for the great info,indians do lack motivation in this matter,they should learn to be self motivated ,the comments about your shape or weight should be taken as a challenge and should start reaching the desired weight and prove that u could do anything,nagging should be taken positive.Be healthy and fit .
