I was 85 kg when I decided I had to do something with my increasing weight. I start jogging in the early mornings for the past 2 weeks and I am now about 82 kg. This is great news to me since I had been unable to shed my extra fat through dieting and what not. You should try it too!

I have been doing aerobics three times a week for about a year now. What we do is light aerobics which doesn't involve jumping around, landing on your feet and injuring your knees. I have lost a considerable amount of weight and more than aything it has become a way of life. The jogging article was very good. It seems to me that it is as cardiovascular as aerobics from what I've learnt.

This article is worthy, but you can also state that jogging on a treadmill is good for people who can not run outside their homes. It is also more convienient. Also, the heel to toe method is okay, but the toe method is used in sprinting, so it is not wrong.
