to reduce the upper belly n tighten stomach its the sit up they target the upper belly but reverse curls target lower stomach.i recently lie on my bed with my legs dangling down and then pull my legs straiht up 90 degreets and ubobe my waste and down agint but i dont swing my legs the movement is controlled and next day my muscles were hurting representng it is taking effrect,.everyone try itim sure it'l reduce inches eventually but dnt eat liek a pig cos then the muscle will go stronger but fat will stay there.
