We are a play school and nursery whose teaching methodology is based on the premise that children enjoy learning through play, hands on activities and through interaction with others. The teaching of concepts is through play hands on activities and through interaction with others.
 

Formal Work Preparation:

(Reading, Maths) The process of developing the skill in reading is based on firm phonological awareness and knowledge between sounds and letters as well as audio visual memory. It is conducted through an evolved multi sensory program.
 

Mathematical concepts:

A program providing meaningful experiences in problem solving number usage and practical application of initial number concepts. The Maths program allows for hands-on exploration, active investigation and use of manipulatives.
 

Field Trips:

Going to places, seeing and doing are vital components of an early education program. A visit to the fire station, supermarket, petrol pump etc are undertaken.

Field trips differ according to the age syllabus and maturity level of the students.
 

Motor activities:

Reinforce skills such as balance, eye –hand co-ordination, rhythm and manual dexterity, necessary to color, draw and write.

A Perceptual Motor Program with a series of movement sessions focus on stimulating the sensory motor system and integrating it, helping the child’s brain to sort, organize and put materials together.
 

Music and Movement and Dramatic Play:

Develops sharper listening abilities and language/vocabulary skills.
 

Creative Arts:

The acts of drawing, painting and shaping objects teaches children important new ways of thinking, creating and communicating with images as well as words.
