I was very desperate since baby didnt gain any weight in the first month and i was very guilty of giving him any milk other than the breast milk, as if i was commiting some sin. This article has proved to be an eye opener. Its heartening to know there are many such babies like mine, who grow up without enough breast milk. But can the author also tell me, if such babies have any shortcomings in the long run??? Eat fruits like apple, orange and sweet lime. The mother should take a good nutritious diet, only then can she get good milk. Finally she should stay happy and not get stressed.
