I found this checklist useful.I want to know one more thing, what to check in a maid or creche before deciding that this one is good for my baby. One more thing,my baby is 5 months old, should I start on my job or still it is not the right time.

Good checklist. However, would have loved to have a link to names and addresses of creches/ preschools in different cities (at least the top 8 metros)
