Vinegar | METHOD | Grind the chillies,black pepper,cinnamon,turmeric powder,ginger and garlic to a fine paste. Wash the chicken and marinate with salt,vinegar and masala. Make gravy with a little water and add chopped onions and tomatoes. Cook on slow fire til the chicken is tender and the gravy is thin |
