| INGREDIENTS | 1 Cup Yogurt
3/4 cup Maida
1/4 tsp Soda Powder
2-3 Green chillies chopped
1tsp jeera
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
pinch hing (optional)
oil for deep frying | METHOD | In a bowl add yogurt, green chilli, jeera, salt, sugar, hing and soda powder. Mix well. Now mix maida and beat well till well combined into a thick batter. Keep aside for few minutes. The batter should be of dropping consistency. Drop small lemon size quantity in hot oil and fry till golden brown. serve hot with coconut chutney. |
