| INGREDIENTS | 4 table spoons Oats, 2 green chillies, 1 onion, 1 Tomato, Green, red and yellow capsicum, little green peas, little corn, 1 carrot finely cut, finely chopped coriander, other vegetables of choice. Water , Salt. Lemon (optional) | METHOD | Heat little oil in a bowl, put green chillies, onion fry till translucent, add tomato and other vegetable. Fry till the vegetables are little tender.Add one cup of water. Add salt. Let the water boil. Add oats and cook till oats are done. Serve hot with coriander and lemon. |
