NAVRATRI SPECIAL DRYFRUITS KHEER Recipe

  INGREDIENTS
milk(1liter),makhane(20g),kaju(10-12,cut in to small pieces),badam,kishmish,greated naariyal,ellachi,sugar(acc. to taste).

  METHOD
boil milk wia eiiachi(pisi hui).now add roasted makhane,kaju,badam kishmis,.keep this mixture on low flame for about half an hour.when mixture is thick ehough add sugar and greated nariyal.keep on low flame for 5-7 minutes.now kheer is ready.taste best when cool.
